We’ll kick things off Friday evening with a Cooks Dinner. BBQ will be provided — just bring a side dish or dessert to share and enjoy some great food and fellowship with fellow chiliheads.
🌶 Saturday – The Big Cookoff
Saturday’s cookoff is an Auto Qualifier for the 2026 Terlingua International Chili Championship! Bring your best red and compete for a chance to punch your ticket to Terlingua.
🛍 Vendor Market
While the chili cooks are battling it out, come shop the Vendor Market from 11AM – 4PM featuring local vendors, crafts, and great finds.
🏕 Stay the Weekend
