Following the success of East Meets West and East Meets West II, the Auckland Metropolitan Orchestra is proud to present East Meets West III.
Under the direction of Robert Liu, this year's programme continues to celebrate the power of music to connect people, cultures, and traditions. Featuring a vibrant mix of Western classical favourites, Chinese folk and classical works, and performances in te reo Māori, East Meets West III showcases the rich diversity of musical expression that shapes our communities.
Joined by an exciting lineup of guest artists from New Zealand and abroad, the Auckland Metropolitan Orchestra invites audiences on a musical journey that highlights the unique traditions that make each culture so special.
Join us on Saturday the 25th of July at 7:00pm in Holy Trinity Cathedral, Parnell, for an unforgettable evening of music, culture, and connection.
A portion of ticket sales from this concert will be donated to the Starship Foundation.
