This exclusive dinner is a celebration of heritage, technique, and innovation, seamlessly blending the vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia and the Caribbean while showcasing the deep Indian influences that connect them both.
Chef Nora brings her deep love for Indonesian and Indian flavors, infusing dishes with rich spices, layered aromatics, and time-honored techniques. Chef Sean, known for his modern approach to Caribbean cuisine, masterfully integrates his Trinidadian heritage with bold Indian influences—think warming spices, slow-braised meats, and the perfect balance of heat and sweetness.
