We're all outta F's to give, we used them in our event name so come on down to East Liverpool's monthly celebration of the town. Located on 5th Street in East Liverpool. They have live music, some good eats, and best of all the 1st Har Bar East Liverpool has ever seen! It's easy as 1,2,3 with Pick your patch, pick your hat and walk away with a wardrobe upgrade or a nice present for someone!
