Celebrating the work of Johann Sebastian Bach, with guest presenter BBC Radio 4's Matthew Bannister.The East Cornwall Bach Choir is a registered charity which has been promoting a love of music in Southeast Cornwall since 1965. They are an auditioned choir of amateur singers, currently about 30 strong, based in Liskeard, East Cornwall. Bach features in many programmes but the choir also performs a wide range of music from the choral repertoire. The choir employs a professional conductor throughout the year, and professional instrumentalists and singers for the concerts.
ECBC has been giving annual concerts at St Germans Priory for 60 years, and the Priory will be hosting this special anniversary performance this year.
