Evergreen Park is hosting the East Coast Kitchen Party Presented by Team C. Moore Realty on Saturday, Feb. 7 in the TARA Energy Services Centre . . . and it will be a taste of the East Coast in more than one way.Live East Coast music performed by the Derina Harvey band and traditional food, dancing and activities will highlight the night. Immerse yourself in the East Coast lively and welcoming spirit for a fun evening at Evergreen!
Local chefs will be battling it out in a competition to win the hearts, and stomachs, of everyone in attendance as they prepare different East Coast cuisine for your enjoyment. And you get to vote which chef did the best job!
The evening kicks off at 6 p.m. Cost is $84 plus fees and GST per person and you can order your through the link above or by going to www.evergreenpark.ca. The East Coast food competition goes until 8 p.m. and there will also be a late-night snack. The band begins at 8 p.m.
This event is a fund-raiser for Evergreen Park - a charitable non-profit that, under the umbrella of the Grande Prairie Regional Agricultural & Exhibition Society, has been part of the local area for over 110 years. There will be a 50/50 as part of the evening's activities.
