East Coast Drum Circle - Midsummer 🌞

Welcome to our DRUM CIRCLE - just £10pp incl use of a drum and refreshments ☕️
We generally gather around the time of the full moon each month although this can be a few days off 🌝
Join us for a healing evening of drumming and guided meditation, hot herbal drinks or tea/ coffee( also decaf) and biscuits.
Would you please come au natural - no perfumes etc- for the comfort of everyone ( deodorant is ok!) 🙏
Drumming has the ability to bring the user to a calm and relaxed state allowing release of stress and tension. A wonderful sense of community is felt during the gathering, leaving you relaxed.
