100% of the funds raised will go towards organising Mega Job Fairs in rural areas and Tier-2 cities, connecting job seekers with meaningful career opportunities. Building on the success of previous job fairs in Tirunelveli, Trichy and Chennai, this initiative aims to reach more communities and empower young talent.
