About this Event

Organized and operated by NeighborHealth since 2008, the East Boston Farmers Market is dedicated to bringing fresh, local food to East Boston to improve the health of our community and support our local food system. We take pride in supporting local farmers who grow crops that are highly nutritious and culturally important to our diverse community, like tomatoes, corn, beans, hot peppers, eggplant, amaranth, hierba mora, papalo, water spinach, bok choy, pea tendrils, scallions, collard greens, cilantro, and more.

Our farmers use organic or integrated pest management methods and are dedicated to selling only the freshest, highest quality produce. The farmers market also features other local food vendors as well as kids programs, like POP Club and Summer Eats, and special events throughout the season. Come visit the farmers market to buy your groceries, grab a bite to eat, or to simply enjoy our community programming while spending time in the park. The East Boston Farmers Market is a welcoming space for all!
