East Anglia's strongest is back for the 2nd year and its bigger than ever! We'll be running Novice / Inters / opens categories for both Men and Women
Event 1
Max Axle ftoh
3 nominated lifts
knee & elbow sleeves + belt cleans permitted
Event 2
Deadlift bar for reps - 60 seconds
Women 120kg / 140kg / 160kg
Men 180kg / 210kg / 240kg
Suits, straps etc permitted
Event 3
Max distance farmers -75 seconds
10m drop and turn
NO drops between 10m safe zones
Women 50kg / 65kg / 80kg
Men 90kg / 110kg / 130
Event 4
Zercher yoke into sandbag carry & load -90 seconds
15m zercher carry run back, carry and load over yoke and continue to load until timer runs out
Event 5
Max stone to shoulder
Athletes will have a wide selection of stones laid out for them
60 seconds to lift the heaviest weight possible
Registration / 8:30am-9am
