☀️ You’re warmly invited to a Gong Relaxation Experience ☀️
This session supports your body and mind’s natural healing rhythms. As you rest and receive, you’ll be bathed in the magical frequencies of the Gong, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls and gentle Percussion. With each sound, you are carried deeper into stillness, balance, and restoration.
Many participants:
* Find inner peace and tranquillity
* Remove unwanted energy
* Improve sleep and mood patterns
* Clear their mind and find clarity
* Reduce feelings of stress, worry and anxiety
* Feel refreshed and energised
Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held by the healing power of sound.
What to bring:
☀️ Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else to help you feel cosy and supported. A few spares are available. Please message Charlotte if you need to borrow one.
☀️ Wear comfortable clothing and layer up to match the temperature of the venue. Your body temperature drops when you enter a relaxation response, and the Scout Hut can be colder during the winter months.
☀️ The more comfortable you are, the deeper you’ll be able to relax!
☀️ You will also need a bottle of water.
**Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Due to the nature of the event, unfortunately, late arrivals will not be able to participate. **
❗THE SESSION WILL BE AT THE DAWNEY SCOUT, JUST OF THE A19 - NOT THE ONE IN EASINGWOLD CENTRE! ❗
Directions will be sent in your booking confirmation email. It's a lovely venue, nestled in nature. 🌳🌳

A gentle note
Sound healing may not be suitable if you:
Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
Experience seizures, epilepsy, or severe unmanaged mental health conditions
Have had recent surgery or broken bones
Have metal implants or a pacemaker fitted.
