Ease Into Spring: Pure restorative Workshop

as we release the accumulated tension of winter and prepare for the reawakening of spring. This gentle practice is designed to bring the body and mind into a deep state of relaxation, providing a restorative remedy for physical fatigue and mental stress.
In this afternoon workshop, we will utilize well placed yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in each long held posture, encouraging complete surrender and ease.
Emerge feeling lighter and ready to embrace the new season with clarity, intention, and grace.
Please bring an eye covering such as a scarf, small towel, eye pillow or mask.
All are welcome, no prior yoga experience is necessary.Preregistration is highly recommended.​
