7-8pm: Contact Improvisation Intro
with Angela Heyun @angelaheyun
Explore fundamental aspects of moving in relationship and in contact with one another! CI involves dancing with a felt sense of physics, somatic listening, shared weight, mutual following, and going into the unknown together. Angela's class creates space for discovery, attunement, easefulness, play, and co-creative improvisation.
8-10pm: Open Movement Jam
Integrate your practice, move solo & in connection, discover new possibilities!
