About this Event

The Opposite of Urgency

As the winter solstice approaches, the natural world invites us to turn inward. The days grow shorter, the nights longer, and the pace of nature begins to soften. It is a season of stillness, restoration, and quiet renewal.

Yet so often, we carry a sense of urgency into our everyday lives—feeling pulled toward what needs to be done, where we need to be, and what comes next. We fill our days with expectations and the pressure to always be doing more.

What might it feel like to practice something different?

Making Space for Ease: Rest, Reflect & Reconnect

Join us for an intentional evening of rest, reflection, gentle movement, and connection. Together, we'll create space to slow down, embrace simplicity, and experience the nourishment of simply being.

This circle includes:
  • Candle gazing meditation
  • Warm vegan cacao or seasonal tea
  • Journaling + guided reflection
  • Gentle restorative movement
  • Sound bath
  • Seasonal wisdom + optional group sharing
  • Intentional time for community and connection
  • Take-home further reflection card + extra goodies

Leave feeling rested, grounded, and more connected to yourself—carrying a renewed sense of simplicity, presence, and permission to move through life with greater ease.

No experience required—all levels welcome!

Limited space. All props are provided(mat, blocks, bolster, blanket, etc.), but feel free to bring any items that may encourage further relaxation (ex. blankets, socks, eye mask, etc.)

If the limited spots that include props are filled, you're still welcome to attend in a no-props spot at a reduced rate. Please reach out directly to reserve this option and receive details.
