Earth's Edge Mountain Moments: An Adventure Film Night

Join us for an evening of adventure at the Earth's Edge Adventure Film Night on Wednesday, 20th November 2024 at 7pm.

We are excited to showcase four short films to you, captured by our carefully selected videographers. Gain a new, never seen before perspective on three Earth's Edge expeditions while following along on the poignant personal journeys of some of our amazing clients and staff, while also getting a behind the scenes look at our Porter Clothing Drive initiative in Tanzania.

Get ready to be transported from the tallest free standing mountain in the world (Kilimanjaro!) to the colourful culture of Peru on our Machu Picchu expedition, and finally to the perhaps lesser known Kang Yatse II in the Indian Himalayas.

Whether you have previously travelled on an Earth’s Edge expedition, or are dreaming of taking part in the future, the evening promises to ignite your wanderlust and inspire your inner adventurer!

This event will take place at the Great Outdoors in the heart of Dublin, located at 53-54 South Great George's Street.

There will be some light refreshments provided, as well as a fantastic prize giveaway for attendees on the night. We’ll also be accepting for the hardworking porters of Kilimanjaro, without whom our expeditions would not be possible.

To kick off the festive season, we'd love all attendees to wear their Christmas jumpers to the event - there will be a prize for the best (and by that, we mean the ugliest!) jumper worn on the night!

• Proceeds from tickets sold will be donated to the (WMR) - an amazing volunteer emergency rescue service
• 20% discount on purchases made on the night at Great Outdoors (excludes sale items and electronics)
• Prize giveaway will be in the form of a draw. No cash alternatives. Winners must be present on the night
• A bonus prize for the best Christmas jumper worn during the event
