Garageland supported by IMRO is proud to presents Red Hot Wednesdays where we will showcase the best in new indie and rock.

With a reputation already for creating and staging opportunities for original artists Garageland is raising the bar again - this series of 12 dates will see 36 artists take the stage in Fibbers in Dublin throughout 2024. Strictly over 18's Record Labels you have been warned!

Minimalists is a vibrant Dublin-based Progressive Rock band whose intricate compositions and captivating performances have been making waves in the music scene. Their music will have you stamping your feet to their beat and singing their catchy choruses for days afterwards.

The band is composed of four talented musicians each bringing their unique skills and passion to the group.

Nick - Guitars: The backbone of Minimalists' sound Nick's guitar work is both complex and emotionally resonant blending detailed melodies with powerful riffs.

Romulo - Bass: Romulo's bass lines are the heartbeat of the band providing a solid foundation while also pushing the boundaries of traditional bass playing with his innovative style.

Rafael - Drums: Rafael drives the rhythm with his dynamic drumming effortlessly shifting between subtle grooves and explosive beats making him the perfect fit for the band's progressive sound.

Robert - Vocals and Piano: As the band's frontman Robert's vocals are both haunting and powerful complemented by his skilful piano playing that adds depth and emotion to the band's music.

Minimalists are known for their ability to blend complex musical structures with emotional depth creating a sound that is both intellectually stimulating and deeply moving. Their music is a journey through different moods and atmospheres always challenging the listener to think and feel deeply. Rooted in the rich musical culture of Dublin Minimalists continue to push the boundaries of progressive rock carving out a unique place for themselves in the global music scene.
