Rather than striving or performing, you'll be encouraged to move authentically, listen deeply, and cultivate a felt sense of connection to your inner landscape. Through grounding postures, gentle flow, and moments of reflection, we create space to quiet the noise of everyday life and awaken the subtle presence that is always there beneath it.
This is a practice of embodiment, self-discovery, and coming home to the earth within. All levels are welcome.
