Through the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation where the body softens, the mind quiets, and the spirit resets.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or simply needing a moment to breathe, this experience meets you where you are. No prior experience needed.

You’ll be guided through a calming sound journey using:

• Crystal singing bowls
• Tibetan bowls
• Chimes and other healing instruments

This experience supports the body in releasing tension while gently restoring balance and flow.

• Deep relaxation
• Stress and tension release

• Restored sense of balance and grounding

• Bring a blanket and pillow for comfort
• Bring a yoga mat or something soft to lie on
• Journal if you feel called
• Water to stay hydrated

No entry after start time to preserve the space and flow of the experience.
