Join Krista from By the Sound of It, LLC for a Guided Sound Meditation Journey in honor of Earth Day (April 22nd)! This experience will foster safety and harmony for a strong foundation in mind, body, and spirit. Each participant will experience the soothing Schumann Earth resonance through tuning forks, followed by calming sounds from Himalayan singing bowls, Solfeggio crystal bowls, and the Circle of Life flute
