This next set of Infinite Soul Sound gatherings is a journey of deeply immersive sound and frequency healing inspired by the wisdom of the five elements :: earth, metal, water, wood, and fire.
Each gathering is a stand alone event. Come to one, some, or all. What is your heart asking for? Lean into that.
Through the boundaries of metal, we flow into Water and the wisdom of Willow. We enter the flow state - a space of softening into your intuition and creativity to move with greater ease, trust and surrender.
Through a blend of sacred sound, frequency healing, plant spirit allies and guided awareness, these gatherings are a space to reset the nervous system, deepen your connection with self, and move from grounded presence into inspired, embodied action.

This is a journey about presence, not perfection.
It is a moment of pause, a journey through the boundless aspects of you and of this Soul form that is now.
It is about giving yourself permission to show up in all the ways it means to be human. It is a space to claim your place in this life, in this incarnation; a place of being in your humanness as you expand into your Consciousness.
Through 5 gatherings, we will ground out through the Earth, refine through Metal, flow with Water, expand with Wood, and ignite with Fire.
Each gathering is an intuitively led collaboration between Hraefn and her etheric co-facilitators, a container held for you to breathe deep, be restored, and offer yourself the love it has been asking for.

Light Language, guided oracle meditation, 2-Touch energy work, and sound tools are used to illuminate the path to your Infinite Soul (aka the honest expression of You & your Fundamental Self).
There will be a focal element and a corresponding plant spirit (non-entheogenic) for each gathering. The plant spirit could come join us in the form of tea, tincture, or as a Vibrational Elixir. Taking the plant spirit internally is optional for each person during the in-person gatherings.
Guidance on how to continue to bring the plant wisdom into your life and practices will be given during our time together.
