Earth Songs: A Seasonal Journey of Sound, Movement, & Song

Join us for a soul-centered yoga and sound experience honoring the season of ripening, reflection, and return.

As the season shifts toward gathering and gratitude, we come together to honor what has grown, what we’ve carried and completed, and the connections that root us to the land and to one another

.

This 90-minute journey invites a sense of belonging through breath-led movement inspired by the Five Vayus, walking meditation, a seasonal story drawn from nature’s wisdom, and ritual moments of reflection.

Live music featuring drums, flutes, rattles, and chimes will be woven throughout the evening to guide awareness and deepen presence.

We will close with a restorative sound bath to support inner stillness and integration as we begin the turn toward the darker half of the year—a time of rest, renewal, and listening within.
