Earth Rhythms Drum Circle

Feel the rhythm and connect with community as we create music to heal ourselves, one another, and Mother Earth. We will begin with a meditation to wipe away the day's stress, bringing with it a sense of peace. We will then make music to the beat of the drum, with singing, and movement welcome.
What to bring: a chair or a blanket, a drum, a shaker or any percussion instruments. A few instruments will be available to share. We plan to be outdoors so dress accordingly.
No drumming experience necessary!
