Earth + Ease: A Mindful Nature Walk + Art Experience

Join us for Root to Rise, a heart-centered journey through the trails of Latta Nature Preserve in Huntersville, NC. This mindful hike is more than a walk—it's a grounding invitation to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the natural world around you.

Together, we’ll pause to meditate under the canopy of trees, reflect in stillness by the water’s edge, and awaken our senses through gentle movement and creative expression. As we walk with intention, we’ll gather inspiration from the earth to create a simple, nature-inspired art piece that you can take home as a reminder of your connection to the sacred within and around you.
