About this Event

Join us in making a difference this Earth Day at our Ward & Wellbeing Earth Day Block Party! Held in conjunction with the Run for the Trees 5K, this community event brings together local sustainability vendors and family-friendly activities to celebrate and promote environmental stewardship.

We’re looking for volunteers to help make the event a success! You can choose from three shifts or stay for the whole event:

Setup Crew (6:00 – 8:00 AM): Help set up tables, tents, and signage before the event kicks off.
Waste Diversion Crew (7:00 – 11:00 AM): Assist at our waste diversion tents, ensuring trash, recycling, and compost go into the correct bins.
Breakdown Crew (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM): Help take down tents, pack up materials, and leave the space clean.

This is a great opportunity to get involved, support sustainability efforts, and be part of an engaging Earth Day celebration! No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to help and make a positive impact.
