What to expect
Come along to an engaging and free Earth Day talk in our meeting room at Portishead Library.
Avoiding drastic climate change means ditching fossil fuels, but how practical are the solutions? Can we transition to net zero without wrecking the economy? This Earth Day talk examines the challenges in decarbonising our society.
Who can come
The event is suitable for adults and young people age 11+. Please book a ticket for each person attending as spaces are limited.
Please let us know if your plans change and you can’t make it. If you've booked on Eventbrite it is easy to cancel, freeing up the space for someone else.

Please let us know if your group has any additional support needs so that we can help you get the most out of the session.
Borrowing books
You will have an opportunity to borrow books, so do bring your library card. If you’d like to join the library, bring ID with your address on it. Children don't need ID to join.
