Earth Day Sunset Sound Bath

Take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the earth beneath you.

This Earth Day experience invites you to ground your body, calm your mind, and gently release the tension you’ve been carrying. We’ll begin with a free, beginner-friendly yoga flow at 7 PM, designed to help you connect to your breath and move with intention.

After class, you’re invited to stay and settle into stillness for a 25-minute sunset sound bath at 8 PM. As the day winds down, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through soothing sound, allowing your body to fully rest and reset.

This experience is rooted in grounding, presence, and care—offering you space to reconnect not only with nature, but with yourself.
