🙏We gather in the candle-lit chapel of Buffalo’s oldest church to offer our thanks to the Earth in sound, song & silence.

Join us for an evening of Cacao, guided meditation, sacred mantras and call and response kirtan singing before we rest into the etherial sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, gongs & silence.

6 PM soft arrival to enjoy Cacao & Community

Meditative candle lit space

Pillows, blankets & blindfolds (Bring yoga mat)

Meditation altar

Guided Earth Element meditation

Kirtan led by Johnathan Lambert

Silence & Sound Bath led by JW Wellness & Fifth Element Soul
