Welcome Reception
Guests will be greeted with earth-inspired beverage upon arrival, setting the tone for an evening of elevated wellness honoring the spirit of Earth Day and cannabis culture, "420"
Vendor Marketplace
A curated marketplace featuring a selection of wellness and lifestyle vendors will be open for guests to explore, offering guests an opportunity to discover local brands and connect with the community.
5:30 PM – Wellness Discussion
An educational session led by a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, focusing on foundational wellness and body care, highlighting practices for strength, balance and long term being
6:00 PM – Pilates Sculpt Class
A 40 min refined Pilates Sculpt Session focused on mindful movement, core strength, and full-body toning. Guests will be gifted with a Pilates on the Hudson Swag Bag.
Post-Class Experience
Guests are invited to enjoy a selection of light munchies while continuing to explore the marketplace and engage in networking with leading industry professionals.
A Note on the Experience
In celebration of 4/20, this experience embraces a modern approach on the cannibis culture-- welcoming puffers and non puffers alike. No smoking will be permited. The atomosphere is designed to be inclusive, elevated and respectful.
