Earth Day Meditation - Conscious Gathering 🌱🌎💓 Come, take a walk through the forest to ground in the earth for a group meditation in the trees. Take off your shoes & connect your bare feet to the electric energy of the soil. Pause & be present. Give gratitude for the beauty and immerse in love for our planet & all living things. Please, share & help spread the word! Kids welcome!
We’ll meet at 5:45 p.m. in the main parking lot trail entrance. Feel free to come early or stay late to take more time to wander the woods.

We will take around a 10 min walk to get to our location on the trails that may include uneven terrain/fallen trees/etc. This is a leisurely hike, but please note in the case you have any physical ailments that make it a challenge to navigate.
