Join BLKHLTH, Augusta University, the Georgia Cancer Center, and Girl + Environment this Earth Day 🌎 🌳 (April 22) for an unforgettable evening of learning, advocacy, and creativity! We will be in the Connect Space in Oak Hall!

Earth Day for Environmental Justice & Cancer Equity brings together students to explore the connection between environmental hazards and cancer risks in Georgia—especially in communities of color.

Through powerful conversations, hands-on advocacy training, and a digital content creation workshop, you’ll gain the tools to raise your voice, amplify the message, and inspire change. Whether you’re passionate about health, the environment, or justice, this is your chance to take action and be part of something bigger.
