The festival has been postponed until June! Willmore City Heritage Association and Sowing Seeds of Change have teamed up to host an incredible sustainability event. Earth Day Festival will be held on Saturday, May 4th at the Sowing Seeds of Change Urban Farm from 11am-3pm.
This free event will feature workshops on sustainability, gardening, composting, and green infrastructure. There will also be engaging activities for children, hands-on booths, a farmer's market pantry with fresh produce to take home, complimentary lunch for the first 50 guests, children's scavenger hunt, and various other fun-filled activities.
Joining us for this event are our community partners such as Ground Education, LB Community Compost, LB Recycles, LB Beekeepers, and more!
