This is a free community event. Please bring food donations for Community Care Thorold.Event highlights include:
A Tree Giveaway (1-gallon container) from Gauld Nurseries
The Knights of Columbus are co-hosting Garden Fest, selling 50/50 tickets, and hosting their annual bottle drive. Drop off your empty bottles and cans. The Knights of Columbus will also be selling delicious beef on a bun, grilled hot dogs, and fresh popcorn at the Thorold Community Arena Canteen during the Earth Day event. Bring cash. All proceeds will go to local charities.
Residents are welcome to join us in a Community Clean-Up. Volunteers will be provided with all necessary tools: gloves, garbage bags, and garbage pickers. Volunteers should check in with staff in the arena lobby to pick up these items and to earn high school community service hours.
