Join us for some free family fun to celebrate Earth Day!Activities include:
- Building your own biodegradable planter out of newspapers
- Planting seeds
- Taking one of our adult tricycles out for a ride
- Repurposing old t-shirts into pet toys
- Donating old towels and small blankets to the animal shelter
- Walk a shelter dog
- Going on a scavenger hunt
- Making art out of leaf rubbings
- Learning about composting with Curb to Compost
- and more!
Things to bring:
- Family, friends and neighbors
- Clean old t-shirts, towels, and small blankets you wish to donate
- Food scraps for composting (i.e. vegetables, fruits, bread, bones, coffee grounds)
