About this Event
Earth Day Chakra Balancing, Breathwork & Flower Farm Experience
Neve Flower Farm | Petaluma | April 22
Come experience the benefits of a regulated nervous system, nestled between rows of blooming flowers at Neve Flower Farm in Petaluma.
We will begin with guided breathwork to gently shift your physiology, followed by a grounded, subtle energy experience that supports chakra balancing and nervous system regulation, and then open the space to wander the greenhouse where you will cut your own bouquet to take home.
Because there is something that happens when you place the body back into a living environment. Breath deepens. Attention softens. The nervous system begins to follow a different rhythm, one it already knows.
Nature does not force regulation. It invites it. And this work meets you in that exact place.
Laying between the flowers is not just aesthetic, it is biological.
Your body is constantly reading and responding to its environment through subtle electrical and sensory signals. Natural environments, especially ones filled with living plants, fresh air, and open space, provide the kind of input that helps the nervous system downshift and organize.
As your system slows and breath deepens, the body becomes more coherent.
Heart rate, breath, and brain signals begin to synchronize.
This is where clarity, regulation, and real change become accessible.
Rather than trying to fix anything, we work directly with your body’s innate intelligence, the part of you that already knows how to organize, recalibrate, and return to balance when given the right conditions.
Fresh air. Open space. Living systems. It is simple. And it is powerful.
This will be an intimate, cozy gathering designed to reconnect you to yourself, the beauty of nature, the rhythm of the natural world, and your body’s natural ability to regulate, reset, and expand.
This is a one day, seasonal experience designed specifically for Earth Day, in peak bloom, and not something we will replicate in the same way again.
Each ticket includes a guided outdoor session and your own hand picked bouquet from the farm, a $30 to $40 value on its own.
Who This Is For
No prior breathwork, chakra work, or energy healing experience is needed. There is no doing it right. Curiosity is enough.
Spots are limited by the capacity of the farm and the flower harvest. Once they are gone, they are gone. 🌼
What to Bring
Bring a yoga mat, as you’ll be laying directly on the ground between the flower rows of a working farm.
Wear cozy, comfortable clothes you can actually relax in. Layers are a good idea depending on the weather.
OPTIONAL: bring a blanket or anything that helps you feel more supported. A few blankets will be available, but if you have a favorite, bring it.
We’ll have blue lotus floral tea, eye masks, and extra blankets on site.
Parking is available on site.
Meet Your Practitioner
Rachel McKenzie is a somatic energy practitioner specializing in nervous system work, breathwork, and subtle energy modalities including Spinal Energetics and Somatic Energy by John Amaral (as seen on GOOP!).
Her work is rooted in the understanding that the body is not broken, it is adaptive. Rather than fixing or forcing change, she helps create the conditions for the body to reorganize itself, expanding capacity, resilience, and access to a more regulated and empowered state.
Her approach blends physiology, awareness, and energetics in a way that is both grounded and deeply effective, meeting people exactly where they are while opening the door to what is possible.
About Neve Flower Farm
Neve Flower Farm is a family-run flower farm in Petaluma, where vibrant, seasonal blooms - you might know them already from the farmers markets!
Led by two brothers and passed down from their father, what started as a family vision has become a living, working ecosystem rooted in hard work, a deep respect for the natural cycles that shape each season, and (of course) stunning florals.
Walking through the greenhouse, you are not just surrounded by flowers, you are stepping into a system that is alive, responsive, and constantly evolving.
Hosting this experience here allows us to move beyond indoor wellness spaces and into an environment that naturally supports restoration, presence, and connection, not by adding more, but by returning to what already works.
