Brassica brings its Earth Day tradition to the Lone Star state, inviting guests in for a free falafel sandwich (one of its most sustainable, plant-based staples) to honor the planet, spotlight plant-based eating, and celebrate the “birthday” of the modern environmental movement. 

Guests this year also have the option to choose any sandwich or salad in place of falafel, while supplies last. Dine-in only. Live music throughout the day.
