NORTH HAVEN CONSERVATION COMMISSION EARTH DAY CELEBRATION 2025
Join us on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Mildred A. Wakley Community and Recreation Center, located at 7 Linsley Street, North Haven, CT 06473, for a vibrant Earth Day Celebration. Now in its 17th year, this event is proudly sponsored by the North Haven Conservation Commission and highlights our shared commitment to environmental stewardship.
This free event invites residents and families to explore a wide range of engaging exhibits and demonstrations presented by local businesses, civic organizations, and state and local agencies. It's not just an opportunity to raise awareness about environmental issues: it's also a chance to discover ways to actively contribute to the improvement of life in North Haven.
Attendees can look forward to exciting activities and displays, with previous participants including A Place Called Hope, a bird of prey rehabilitation center, Mystic Aquarium, North Haven Garden Club, The North Haven Camera Club, the North Haven Trails Association, Peters Rock Association, the Daytime Gardeners of North Haven, and many more.
