Earth Connection

Friday, May 15, 2026 from 10am to 12pm, at Tau Center.

In the spirit of Franciscan Spirituality, come and learn how contact with the earth can revive you. Together we will explore what "grounding" is and what it can do for our well-being. We'll also engage in the practice in real time, outdoors (weather permitting).

This program will draw from The Earth Prescription by Laura Koniver, MD, as well as other sources. (Participants do not need to read the book to attend.)

Tammy Winn holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and a master’s degree in Religious Studies, wherein she explored her appreciation for ecumenical and interreligious dialogue. Her post-graduate education includes courses on Dream Work, Women’s Studies, Philosophy, Ethics, Scripture, Jungian Psychology, the Enneagram, and the lives of Saints Francis and Clare. Tammy serves as a contemplative writer, presenter, dream work mentor, and recording artist. Additionally, she has taught theology and directed various parish ministries.
