Earth & Sky - Soundbath within the Stones
About this Event
Set within the peaceful surroundings of Lime Tree Farm Planetarium & Observatory, this intimate experience has been carefully designed to nourish mind, body, and spirit through mindfulness, sound, energy healing and connection with nature.
Our experience begins with an inspiring night sky talk in the Planetarium, where you'll discover the beauty and stories of the cosmos.
We'll then take a short walk to the Stone Circle, pausing for a guided walking meditation to help you slow down, become present, and connect with the energy of this special place.
Then you'll be invited to settle into a deeply restorative Reiki-infused sound bath, allowing the soothing vibrations of sound to bring balance and calm. During the session, each participant will also receive a few minutes of Reiki, offering a personal moment of healing and relaxation.
We'll close the evening gathered around the firepit, enjoying refreshments and the chance to reflect, connect and simply be.

Seating options in the planetarium are cinema chairs or floor beanbags. Please choose your ticket type when ordering.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eyemask and anything else you may need for your comfort. We will have some available if you are unable to bring your own. A water bottle is also a good idea. Please wear suitable clothing. In the event of rain we will still go ahead with the walking meditation at the Stone Circle but will move the Soundbath into the roundhouse and the refreshments will be available back in the planetarium reception. Please note it is seating only in the roundhouse. There will therefore be no refunds if the event cannot go ahead exactly as planned and advertised due to inclement weather.
Self heating eyemasks will also be available to purchase at a special price of £3 each - please bring exact change if you can.
