Earth and Moon Breathwork

This Modality of breathing is called Concious Breathwork. There will be Custom Blended Tea and Ceremonial Cacao rotating every other Tuesday. I use the elements of Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Spirit in each session while keeping in mind the energy of the moon cycle.

This is a moment to give yourself complete freedom to surrender for the sacred remebrence of who you are, in your unique DNA strand, as well as bringing your body back to homeostasis. Inhaling Love and Health in, and Exhaling Stagnantion and subjects that no longer serve your being.

-Blood pressure: Six deep nasal breaths can help lower blood pressure, per the Japanese Society of Hypertension.

-Alkalinity: Five deep breaths may influence blood alkalinity, affecting stress and immunity.

-Mental health: Breathwork can reduce stress, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, improve mood, sleep, and empathy.

-Emotional wellbeing: It helps regulate emotions, process trauma, manage negative thoughts, and support self-acceptance.

-Spiritual growth: Breathwork promotes presence, supports spiritual practices, and fosters peace.

-Breathwork brings balance, relieves anxiety, boosts immunity, and supports overall well-being.

The activating breath session lasts 45–55 minutes, focusing on the inhale to encourage release and renewal. You will be on your back the entire experience with freedom do wiggle and stretch as you move energy.

Yoga mats, eye covers, blankets and pillows are available on a first come first serve basis ; bring your own items if needed, definitely bring your own chapstick, and water as your mouth may get dry from pulling so many breaths.

The experience is a trauma-informed safe space, guided with music, light touch(optional), inviting in all walks of life, this container will be surrounded with Holy Fire Reiki for energetic balance, infusing love and empowerment.
