Join us May 1 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in Grand Haven for the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification Course, presented by Tom Stearns and offered through the National Association of REALTORS.
This one-day course will help REALTORS® confidently assist active-duty service members, veterans, and their families during one of the most time-sensitive moves they’ll experience.
What You'll Learn
• The relocation process for military families
• How VA financing and military benefits affect housing decisions
• How to identify and serve military buyers and sellers
• Strategies to guide clients through military moves
📚 CE Marketplace approved for 6 hours of elective credit

Registration Fees:
WMLAR Members
• $35 Early Bird (register by April 22)
• $65 after April 22
Non-Members
• $55 Early Bird (register by April 22)
• $85 after April 22
Certification Requirements:
Step 1: Complete the MRP Certification Course.
Step 2: Submit the one-time $195 application fee to the National Association of REALTORS®.
✔ The MRP Certification has no annual renewal fees.

Register early to secure the discounted rate.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be granted for requests received five (5) business days prior to the scheduled class, minus a $35 processing fee.
No refunds will be granted after that date, but WMLAR will gladly transfer your registration to the next course offering. Minimum class sizes may apply.
