We'll kick off the event with a 2-hour Florida Real Estate Continuing Education (CE) class, Mastering Investor Deals, from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, followed by a relaxed Happy Hour with local legislators and candidates from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Southern Swells Brewing Co.
Mastering Investor Deals is designed for real estate professionals looking to expand their knowledge of investment transactions, strengthen their investor network, and discover new opportunities to grow their business. The course is taught by Michael Aubut, MSA, a commercial lending expert, private underwriter, and real estate investor with more than 25 years of industry experience.
