Early Years Creativity: a network event for the North
About this Event
‘Why early years? Why creativity? Why now?’
Commissioned by Arts Council England and convened by BookTrust, this regional gathering brings together practitioners and organisations working in early years creativity to explore possibilities for collaboration and development for the sector. The day will create space for shared language, approaches and ambitions, and to contribute to shaping future strategic thinking and advocacy for early years creative work across the region.
You are invited to connect with peers to share ideas, practice and experience from across the early years creative landscape and to take part in workshops supporting learning and professional development. Full agenda details will be shared closer to the event.
This event is aimed at creative practitioners currently developing and delivering work with children age 0-5 in the North.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
We would like to ensure that this event is accessible to all, and support with travel costs is available for freelance artists and practitioners. Please contact Sami Wilson on [email protected] to discuss this.
The event will be held at The Point, Doncaster, home to the charity darts.
