Early Nurturing with Mary Szenasi
About this Event
The new cycle is tender and alive. This evening practice with Mary Szenasi honors the Waxing Crescent's gentle invitation to rebuild with kindness rather than pressure: to tend the seeds you've planted with the same care and self-compassion that true growth requires.
Mary brings her rare psycho-spiritual, neuro-emotional, and somatic depth to an evening designed not for striving, but for nourishing. Drawing on nervous system awareness, trauma-informed practice, and the living wisdom of depth psychology, she creates a space where your returning energy is met with patience, ritual, and genuine care. Here, rebuilding does not mean pushing. It means listening, softening, and trusting the quiet intelligence of your own unfolding.
Expect a blend of:
✨ Slow, restorative movement to gently reawaken your energy
✨ Breathwork rooted in nervous system awareness
✨ Psycho-spiritual and somatic guidance
✨ Simple grounding practices to help you feel cared for and clear
✨ A nourishing, unhurried evening space for all levels
Come gently. Your light is already growing.
