Early Morning Sound Bath & Labyrinth Walk on the Beach Benefiting ADA Women’s Center

Join us for a peaceful and inspiring morning on the beach to benefit the ADA Women’s Center. This unique Fundraiser combines the healing experience of a Sound Bath with a Labyrinth Walking Meditation to support this important cause.
Relax on your yoga mat as the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and healing instruments wash over you. At any time during the sound bath, you are welcome to walk the labyrinth at your own pace. Use this meditative journey to center yourself, release what no longer serves you, and embrace a sense of renewal. When you’re ready, return to your mat to continue enjoying the sound bath and its tranquil energy.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or blanket for the sound bath
• Comfortable clothing suitable for walking on the sand
• A journal (optional) to reflect on your experience

All proceeds from this event will go directly to support the ADA Women’s Center.
