🏃 COME RUN (OR WALK!) WITH US! 🏃♀️
We're getting together for another 4-mile run and walk around Wausau! This time we're starting bright and early, and Dani Flanders, founder of Wild Joy Running, will be joining us again to lead the run!
Whether you're an experienced runner, just getting started, or would rather walk, you're welcome to join us!
📅 Sunday, November 15th
🕗 8:00–9:30 AM
📍 Meet at the parking lot next to the Wausau Skate Park at Oak Island Park. We'll head out together and end back where we started.
We'll kick things off with a group warm-up led by Dani before heading out, then finish with a proper cool-down afterward!
🏃 Dani will lead the running group
🚶 Emily will lead the walking group
Everything is at YOUR own pace. No need to worry about keeping up with anyone! The goal is to get outside, move, learn a little, and meet some new people.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Water
• Comfortable running or walking shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing (November mornings can be chilly!)
ABOUT DANI 🌿

Her approach goes beyond training plans and fitness goals. She believes movement can be a powerful catalyst for personal growth, helping people reconnect with themselves and recognize their potential.

Start your Sunday morning with some fresh air, we hope to see you there! 🙂
