Join us on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 4:00–6:00 p.m. as we celebrate the opening of our new Early Learning Center!
✂️ The ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the new space, tour the classrooms, and learn more about the features designed to support our youngest L-Cats in Early Childhood and 4-Year-Old Kindergarten (4K). 💙💛
We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our students, staff, families, and community. This exciting addition is one of the many facility improvements made possible through the 2024 Facilities Referendum.
🎒 4K Registration Available!
Lake Mills Area School District offers a high-quality, half-day 4-Year-Old Kindergarten program for children who are 4 years old on or before September 1.
Our experienced 4K teachers and assistants provide a nurturing, engaging environment where young learners build confidence, develop social skills, and learn through play. 🌟
Families can also take advantage of convenient, affordable before- and after-school childcare options, all located at Lake Mills Elementary School.
Staff will be available during the Open House to answer questions and help register your L-Cat for the 2026–2027 school year!
