Led by experienced Midwives Emma and Louisa, our antenatal education brings together evidence, real clinical experience and practical preparation for birth, baby and those first days.

No judgement. No information overload.

Just really good preparation, taught by people who know babies and know that every family will do it differently.

Your booking also includes 45 minutes at our Nurture Table, our relaxed, informal social space where you can chat with the whole team, ask questions, meet other parents, make new friendships or simply sit back, listen and enjoy a little time together. No pressure, no expectations, just good company and a chance to connect.

Bring along your dinner and any snacks, we have microwaves on stie or you can order dinner in!

Plus there is our extensive Sling Library with focused support from accredited sling consultant Jodie too.
