FERRY TAYLE, narodený a vychovaný v regióne Alsasko vo Francúzsku, sa už od mladosti zaujímal o elektronickú hudbu. Medzi jeho skoré vplyvy patrili pionieri 80. rokov Jean Michel Jarre, trance ikony Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond a Airbase, a rýchlo si uvedomil, že kariéra v hudbe je pre neho ten správny smer.
V roku 1999 si Ferry Tayle zakúpil svoje prvé DJ pulty a rýchlo ukázal, že nie je len prirodzeným talentom na DJing, ale má aj cit pre produkciu. Ako mnohí pred ním, aj Ferry Tayle objavil programy ako EJAY a PCDJ, ktoré boli dobrým štartom na tvorbu jeho prvých demo trackov.
V roku 2001 debutoval Ferry Tayle ako DJ vo svojom rodnom meste Štrasburg vo Francúzsku. Tento významný moment premenil jeho doterajšiu „producentskú“ kariéru na plnohodnotnú DJskú cestu a otvorilo mu to ďalšie príležitosti po celej Európe. S rastúcou fanúšikovskou základňou, najmä na internete, sa jeho popularita a postavenie v trance scéne stále zvyšovali.
O pár rokov neskôr, v roku 2005, sa Ferry Tayle spriatelil s ďalším priekopníkom uplifting trance, belgickým Laurentom Véronnezom alias Airwave. Ihneď sa stali dobrými priateľmi a vytvorili produkčné duo, ktoré sa nakoniec preslávilo pod názvom Cape Town. V roku 2008 vydali svoj prvý veľký album „Aviateur“, ktorý si získal kritické uznanie v rámci uplifting trance scény. Album priniesol single „Proglifter“ a „Metaphorique“, ktoré duo posunuli na vyššiu úroveň.
Po tomto úspechu si Ferry Tayle získal pozornosť šéfa labelu Enhanced a britskej DJskej hviezdy Willa Hollanda. Už v roku 2009 Ferry Tayle vydal svoj prvý singel na labeli Enhanced – track „L’Acrobat“ v spolupráci so Static Blue sa stal hymnou a nasledovali ďalšie úspešné skladby ako „Prestige“, „Trapeze“ a nakoniec v roku 2011 vokálna hymna „Memory Of Me“.
Jeho mix upliftingového a euforického trancu priniesol Ferry Tayle stále rastúcu fanúšikovskú základňu, najmä vo Veľkej Británii a Českej republike. Vrcholom bolo pozvanie zahrať si na masívnom A State Of Trance 550 evente v Moskve, v roku 2012.
Rok 2012 priniesol aj spoluprácu s Danielom Kandim na megahit „Flying Blue“, ktorý získal podporu od Armina van Buurena v jeho ASOT radio show.
Rok 2013 sa javí ako najväčší rok v kariére Ferry Tayle, s jeho prvým turné v USA vo februári a množstvom vystúpení po celej Európe.
Rok 2014 je rokom veľkých osláv – vydanie dlho očakávaného druhého štúdiového albumu „The Wizard“. Okrem toho bol Ferry Tayle naplánovaný na najväčších festivaloch sveta ako A State of Trance 650, Trancefusion, Luminosity Beach Festival a s novým USA tour, Austrálskym turné a niekoľkými zastávkami v Ibize bol pripravený šíriť svoju magickú hudbu po celom svete.
V roku 2017 Ferry Tayle v spolupráci s Danom Stoneom vytvoril a spustil vlastný label Fables pod záštitou Future Sound Of Egypt, spadajúceho pod Aly & Fila. O dva roky neskôr, s niekoľkými #1 umiestneniami na Beatporte a vystúpeniami v kluboch a na festivaloch, sa label stal jedným z najuznávanejších na trance scéne.
V roku 2021 sa Ferry Tayle stal prvým DJom na svete, ktorý odohral dvojhodinový set v Európskom vesmírnom centre pred raketou Ariane 5.
Rovnako v tom istom roku bol Ferry Tayle zvolený ako #8 najlepší DJ v Trance Podium DJ Top 100. Jeho remix skladby Solarstone – Seven Cities sa stal #9 najhranejším trance trackom roku 2021.
„Ferry Tayle je skvelý producent a nemal by prestať tvoriť takéto hity,“ povedal Armin van Buuren.
Ferry Tayle vystúpi v Bratislave po prvýkrát. Bude to jeho druhé vystúpenie na Slovensku (jeho úplne prvé bolo v roku 2011). Born and raised in the Alsace region of France, FERRY TAYLE was interested in electronic music from an early age. With early influences from the likes of 1980’s pioneer Jean Michel Jarre , Trance supremo’s Armin Van Buuren, Above & Beyond and Airbase he quickly realised that a career in music was the way forward.
Purchasing his first decks in 1999 Ferry Tayle quickly demonstrated that not only was he a naturally gifted DJ, he also had an eye for production. As many had done before ,Ferry Tayle quickly found the likes of EJAY and PCDJ to be a good place to start, producing some early demo tracks.
2001 was Ferry Tayle’s DJ debut in his hometown of Strasbourg, France. This landmark moment in an up till then, producer only name was a massive step forward, opening further opportunities across Europe. With his fanbase growing , especially on the internet, Ferry Tayle’s stature and popularity where on the increase.
It wasn’t long after, In 2005 Ferry Tayle became friends with another pioneer of uplifting trance, Belgium’s Laurent Véronnez aka Airwave. Immediately becoming good friends they struck up a superb partnership and formed a production duo which eventually became known as Cape Town. Releasing their first major album in 2008, “Aviateur” was met with critical acclaim within the uplifting trance scene. Spawning the singles “Proglifter” & “Metaphorique” it quickly propelled the duo onto the next level.
Following this success, Ferry Tayle came to the attention of Enhanced Label boss and fellow DJ, UK star Will Holland. They quickly struck a chord and in 2009 Ferry Tayle released his first single on the Enhanced label as a result. The track “L’Acrobat”, a collaboration with Static Blue quickly became an anthem sparking a number of follow up tracks including the huge “Prestige” “Trapeze” and finally in 2011 the vocal anthem “Memory Of Me”.
His blend of uplifting euphoric trance gained Ferry Tayle an ever growing number of fans, particularly in the likes of the UK and Czech Republic. This culminated in Ferry Tayle being asked to play the massive A State Of Trance 550 event in Moscow, Russia in 2012.
The year also so the likes of Daniel Kandi team up with Ferry Tayle on the massive “Flying Blue” which gained support from trance supremo Armin Van Buuren on his ASOT radio show.
2013 looks at being Ferry Tayle’s biggest year ever, with his first ever US tour taking place in February as well as a huge number of gigs across Europe.
2014 is the year of all consecrations, with the released of the long awaited 2nd studio’s album : The Wizard ! Beside this, Ferry is scheduled on the biggest festivals in the world like A State of Trance 650, Trancefusion, Luminosity Beach and with new USA Tour, Australia Tour & some stops in Ibiza, Ferry Tayle is ready to release his magic all over the world.
2017 Ferry Tayle, in collaboration with Dan Stone, create and launch their own label : Fables, under the umbrella of Futur Sound Of Egypt. 2 years after, with couples of #1 Beatport charts and stage in clubs & festival, the label became one of the most recognized label on the trance scene
In 2021, Ferry Tayle became the first DJ in the world to perform a 2 hours mix at the Europe Space Port, in front of Ariane 5 rocket. Ferry Tayle was, the same year, voted as the #8 best DJ on Trance Podium DJ Top 100. His remix of Solarstone - Seven Cities was the #9 most played Trance Track in 2021
