Join us to learn how to facilitate learning programs with horses that deliver powerful outcomes for your clients!
Become a certified Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Facilitator, with lifetime certification credentials.
This is an accelerated 4-day training with a small group that provides hands-on experience facilitating Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) activities. There is a Pre-work to complete prior to the training.
What you’ll gain from this experience:
1. Learn and practice a coaching style of facilitation that includes guiding clients through change with powerful questions
2. Experience 18 horse activities and learn how to apply them with all types of clients; including somatic awareness and deep individual experiences with horses
3. Practice integrating feedback and wisdom from our horse partners
4. Gain best practices and the step-by-step process to conduct effective and professional learning programs that will support you in building and marketing your program
5. Discover your strengths as a facilitator, and bring your voice and values to facilitating EAL
Develop your skills and confidence as a facilitator and coach. Learn how to guide clients in breaking free from what holds them back by allowing horses to reflect exactly what clients need to see in themselves.
