e84 Intermediate Training
During the 2-week e84 Intermediate training in Vancouver, you’ll learn how to practice and lead the e84 Intermediate class under Jasmine Nash’s guidance. By the end, you’ll be ready to teach engaging, challenging, and therapeutic e84 Intermediate classes. This training is your first step toward a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, with the option to continue on to the 500-hour e84 Teacher Diploma.

The e84 Intermediate class is a 90-minute hot yoga class based on the Bikram foundation. It introduces new postures, builds additional yoga skills, and emphasizes clear posture technique. The class is accessible and fun, and no advanced experience is required—just a willingness to grow and an interest in learning the 84 asana tradition.

Admission Requirements
To attend the e84 Intermediate training, certification to teach the 26&2 hot yoga sequence (Bikram Yoga) is not required, though it is strongly recommended. Non-teachers are welcome, but they will need to do some extra work to confidently lead effective intermediate classes.
Before attending, you must complete:

• A 30-day practice challenge of 1 class per day within the 60 days before the training start date.
• At least 12 e84 Intermediate classes, completed after you register for this training. You can do these in person with an e84 leader or through the e84 Virtual Studio.

You should be ready to build on the foundation of 26&2 hot yoga. No advanced physical skills are needed.

Accommodation
Students are responsible for arranging their own accommodation for this training. If wanted, we can help pair you with roommates. Accommodation suggestions will be shared after registration.

Travel Info
The nearest airport is Vacouver International (YVR). Please plan to arrive no later than Nov 14, anytime. Training begins on Nov 15. Plan to depart on Nov 29, or very late on Nov 28. If you’re traveling in, we recommend arriving a few days early to acclimate. Early arrival is not required, just suggested to help you get the most out of the training.

About Jasmine
Jasmine completed her Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and has since taught in more than 30 countries, leading teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops throughout the year. After training, she partnered with her mentor Esak Garcia to help develop the e84 Yoga program, creating e84 Intermediate training environments for teachers around the world. She is also one of four leaders of Jedi Fight Club, a posture-development curriculum created by Esak.

Jasmine has been a dedicated yoga athlete since 2012 and was the Canadian Champion from 2019 to 2021. She loves working with groups of yogis and creating transformative, high-level yoga travel experiences. As CEO of Hot Yoga Travel Co., she blends her deep expertise in the original 26&2 hot yoga sequence with her passion for travel to craft immersive events that deepen practice, strengthen community, and support personal growth.
